WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

Leverage is the multiplayer computer for AI-native teams. Communication, work, memory, files, tools, permissions, and execution live in one system, so humans and agents work from the same context.

Teams use Leverage for shared agent sessions, bug sweeps, product planning, customer research, PRs, docs, scheduled automations, and any workflow where private AI chats are the wrong shape.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll own problems, not layers. On any given week that might mean shipping a product surface, tightening an agent loop, fixing something deep in the runtime, wiring a new tool integration, or standing up an internal workflow that makes the whole team faster.

You'll take features from idea to shipped: design, build, test, and follow them into production. You go where the highest-leverage work is, and you close it out.

You'll help define how we build with agents. We use Leverage to build Leverage, so the workflows you invent become the product other teams rely on.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an AI-native generalist. You reach for agents by default and get more done because of it, but you know exactly when to drop into the code yourself. You are dangerous across the stack and allergic to being boxed into one part of it.

You can move between TypeScript, product UI, backend, infra, and agent behavior without needing the problem pre-sliced. You care more about the outcome shipping than about which layer it lived in.

You have strong taste, high standards, and a bias to ship. Prior startup, founding, or zero-to-one experience is directly relevant. Taste for simple systems is required.
